May 16 - 19, 2018Pendleton, ORThe inaugural Library Institute of the Oregon Library Association (LIOLA) will be held at Vert Club Room in Pendleton, Oregon. OLA members at any place in their career are encouraged to apply. The institute has been developed by the Leadership Committee in partnership Dietra Stivahtis of Vibrant Business Solutions. More Information about our trainerDietra Stivahtis founded Vibrant Business Solutions in 2007 with the purpose of helping leaders engage employees by balancing management and leadership responsibilities that establish and sustain trust. With over twenty years of experience, she helps teams and individuals with conflict resolution, teambuilding, facilitation, and leadership development. CostCost for participants will be $900 for training, room, and breakfast and lunch on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Participants will also be responsible for travel and dinner expenses.
