Chapter 1 - General Provisions

1.01 DEFINITION
The Oregon Library Association (OLA) is incorporated as a non-profit organization under the laws of Oregon.

1.02 CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION
The certificate of incorporation is in the custody of the Association Manager of the organization.

1.03 ADDRESS
The permanent address of the organization is:

P.O. Box 3067
La Grande, OR 97850

1.04 LOCATION OF CORPORATION SEAL
The seal of the corporation is kept at the above address in the care of the Association Manager.

1.05 INCOME TAX REPORTS
The Association Manager is required to make an income tax report for the association annually in accordance with the laws of Oregon.
